We are rebuilding how drugs are developed — quietly, from first principles, by people who've done it the old way for twenty years.
What we believe
The knowledge exists. The ability to use it doesn't.
Nearly everything needed to make a better decision — decades of trials, literature, real-world evidence, regulatory precedent — is freely available today. But no human team can retrieve it, weigh it, and apply it at the moment the decision is actually made. The limits are effort and cognition, not access. We're removing those limits, so every decision is made with everything that is known.
New tools alone change nothing. The processes around them must change too.
An enormous amount of energy, time, and resources disappears into inefficient tools — and into processes designed around those tools' limitations. Grafting better software onto old workflows only preserves the waste. We're rebuilding both at once: an entirely new way of working, built for what's possible now.
This is the beginning of a new era — and we intend to stay at its edge.
A new way of developing medicines is opening up, and what's possible today is a fraction of what will be possible next year. We aren't building for the current state of the art. We're building to keep pushing its limits, and to remain at the forefront as it moves.
What we're building
One platform, one data layer, for the entire journey of a clinical program — where today there are dozens of disconnected tools and armies of people passing files between them.
From the first study design decision to the final submission, every step reads from and writes to the same living source of truth. That's all we'll say for now.
Who's behind this
Dizzaroo is built by people who have lived inside drug development — teams who have taken oncology programs from first-in-human through global approval, and engineers who build the systems those programs deserve.
